Our latest renovations include the former home of JoAnn's Fabrics now home to the Tallgrass Tap House and their full in-house brewery. And what once was a dark, unused corner of the Marshall Building basement, is now the private and swanky 324 Speakeasy Bar serving up 1920's drink concoctions, wine, and food.
